I'm a 16-year-old wanna-be baker with a taste for adventure. Baking runs in my family. I have vivid memories of baking piedough cookies with my mom and watching my grandma make fresh dough in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the only thing that I could successfully bake was a box of brownies. A year or two ago, I burnt soup and couldn't even crack an egg. I wanted to change that and prove that I could improve. I don't take failure well, you see. I was just a late bloomer, that's all. Now there's rarely a day when I'm not in the kitchen. It's more of a passion than a simple hobby. <3
